What is the difference between an admin and a moderator in a Facebook group?



There are two roles for people who manage Facebook groups: 
  1. Admins
  2. Moderators
  
There are many differences between them. These are discussed below... 

***Only admin:
  • An admin can Make another member an admin or moderator. But it can not be a Moderator. 
  • An admin can Remove an admin or moderator but a moderator can not Remove an admin or moderator.
  • An admin can Manage group settings (example: cover photo or privacy settings, change the group name) but a moderator do not get this opportunity.  


*** Admin And Moderator :
  • Moderators and the administrator can approve or deny membership requests. Also can Approve or deny posts in the group.
  • Admin and moderator can Remove posts and comments on posts. 
  • Also can Remove and block people from the group.
  • They can Pin or unpin a post.
